Customer Support Specialist (email)

With a permanent wish to improve our client services, we made it simpler.

​We are offering full account management for VRBO hosts.
 

We need customer support specialists that can handle administrative tasks and account management (for VRBO hosts).
 

The position is defined as Customer Support Specialist.
 

The requirements for the applicant include strong attention to details, college degree, access to email and knowledge of use a device (computer or phone), basic software tools (Microsoft Office - Word & Excel).
 

We need fast, accurate and specialized members. It is mandatory to pass a short trial test, that could last between 2-4 hours, with the possibility of extension to up to 1 week, if the candidate is involved in other projects, or not available to start immediately.

Please note that
the job duration is from 1 month to ongoing / undefined, between 10-30 hours per week (approximate 2-4 hours per day).
 

Candidates will have to manage the task handled in a single session, till completion. Therefore the listing should be online, in order to manage the task.

We Customer Support Specialists who are able to join our travel project (in paid partnership with VRBO).

 

Payment, working hours & terms


• Level I - VRBO Client Support I: £15-£30 / hour*
• Level II - VRBO Client Administrator (checking and reviewing documents for accuracy and completion): £25-£50 / hour
• Level III - VRBO Business Administrator (reviewing your team progress, delete unnecessary data, do necessary modifies): £35-£70 / hour


• Level I - VRBO Client Support I (inserting data): 20-40 hours / week*
• Level II - VRBO Client Administrator (checking and reviewing documents for accuracy and completion): 20-40 hours / week
• Level
III - VRBO Business Administrator (reviewing your team progress, delete unnecessary data, do necessary modifies): 20-40 hours / week

*training period is paid.


Responsibilities

• get/download our client property (review and correct wrong information - if any)
• post/advertise it on our partner marketplace/platform or mobile application: VRBO.com / VRBO Owner App
• maintain the calendar up to date
• manage each account efficiently (reply to inquiries and/or accept bookings, inform guests about availability or unavailability) in order to maintain a high acceptance rate
• forward all guest information to your supervisor (name, email, phone number, reservation number, booking period and guest payment information)

IMPORTANT: please contact your supervisor in order to obtain the task to be completed.

Once test is submitted and work contract is provided by your supervisor, make sure you read, sign and send the work contract / agreement back along with the following documents:

- proof of identity: ID-card / Passport / Driving License
- proof of current address: water bill, electricity bill, gas bill or internet bill onto your name
- preferred payment method: PayPal, Bank Transfer or modern payments.

It may take up to 5 business days to review and process your documents and send the work contract to be signed.
